Accuracy solder feeder

Wire length and dispensing speed are programing from point to point.

It features a wire detector sensor in case of any transport error.

It is available with or without Solder Wire Perforation.

Interactive interface

Window-based software allows users easily operate and program soldering points with customized settings.

The number of programs stored is also unlimited.

Flexible motion

4-axis robot (XYZR), which makes soldering flexible in different applications.

Visual teaching

Integrating a high-resolution camera, LSR provides user-friendly “visual” teaching for rapid and accurate online programming.

The click-to-Move function is easy to move the robot to the desired point.

Robust soldering Iron

It is available with Standard soldering (150W) or Heavy-duty soldering (250W) and wide range cartridges type.

It comes with a robust design and features a quick cartridge exchange.

A precise positioning system allows to center the cartridge perfectly in the Soldering Iron.

Automatic tip cleaner

It features a large capacity tank with easy extraction and a large opening for easy tip access.

The cleaner can be rotated up to 35° in both directions to facilitate the roboter arm access.

Difference brushes are available to suit your need.

Soldering at lower temps

High Power / mass ration tips and integrated heater / thermocouple delivers the best thermal recovery in the market along with lower soldering temperatures.

JBC Stations only drop 20ºC (36ºF) where others drop as much as 70ºC (126ºF).

This innovative technology allows a reduction of the temperature by at least 50ºC (90ºF).

Lower temperature reduces the risk of damaging components and improves quality of soldering.

Fast temp recovery

Exclusive Heating System which recovers tip temperature extremely quickly. This increases work efficiency and allows the user to work with lower temperatures.

Heating system principles:

JBC system can reach 350ºC (662ºF) in only 2 seconds, while others need between 10 and 90 seconds.

The fully integrated thermal sensor to the heater ensures an extremely quick temperature recovery.

Tip life x 5 times

JBC Soldering allow the tools to enter into Sleep & Hibernation mode at end of cycle. As a result, tip life lasts up to 5 times longer.
