  • Dip Application: Slowly immerse the PCB into the coating and withdraw at an average rate of 1 foot per minute using hand immersion or automatic dipping equipment.
  • Brush Application: Evenly apply coating to targeted areas at the desired thickness, allowing proper cure time before re-applying. Use WonderMASK to protect masked components.

3. Rework & Removal

If repair or component replacement is necessary, cured coating can be removed using the Techspray Conformal Coating Removal Pen (2510-N or 2510-P).
